Refurbishment rubble — plaster, brick, concrete, floor coverings, old joinery — is heavy and awkward to move in any other way. A builders' skip (6–8 yards) is the standard choice for a bathroom strip-out, a kitchen refit, or a single-room renovation, giving you the capacity to clear the space in stages without the skip filling before the job is done. For larger projects such as extensions or full-house refurbs, step up to a maxi or roll-on/roll-off skip so the site isn't held up waiting for a swap-out.

Stanford is a small village east of Biggleswade, and we run deliveries through the area regularly. We're used to placing skips on narrow approaches and rural driveways, and we'll confirm the drop point with you before the lorry leaves. If the skip needs to sit on the road, we'll obtain the permit from Central Bedfordshire Council and supply the necessary signing. All renovation waste collected from Stanford is processed at our Stevenage facility, where at least 95% is recycled — plasterboard, timber, metal, and aggregates all diverted from landfill.
